Questions concerning to Tours

What cloths and equipment are necessary during the tours?

We recommend a t-shirt, solid shoes, long sleeved pants, swimming suit and insect repellant as well as sun blocker during you stay at our resort. You have the opportunity to take a bath in our natural spring water pool and during the Canopy tour over 11 waterfalls.

Can I take a camera to the tours?

Yes, you can on your own responsibility! We recommend to wear closeable clothings or bags where you can put the camera into. We (Adventure Park and Hotel Vista Golfo) don't  be liable for any loss or damage!

In which languages are taking the tours place?

All our tours are guided by english and spanish speaking guides.

Are there recommendations for people with long hair?

If you participate in one of our Canopy Tours you need to make a short ponytail.

Is there the possibility to quit the Canopy early?

The Canopy Tour "Finca Daniel" can be left at any time. The Canopy Tour over 11 Waterfalls has to be finished as soon as you did the first cable.

Will I be charged if I am a Cruiseship Passanger and my ship doesn't port in Caldera or Puntarenas at the tour date?

No, we don't charge any amount if you can't do the tour and the reason is not your fault.
